FAQ

Same day appointments are available. However, we encourage scheduling an appointment in advance.
We request you fill out a health history form before your first appointment. Your first appointment will be approximately 60 minutes from beginning to end. We also require a $75.00 appointment deposit (that will be discounted from your scheduled IV Vitamin Infusion). This $75.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel/no show per our office policy. We also request that you do not consume any alcoholic beverages or caffeine 4 hours before your appointment as these substances constrict the veins. Reoccurring appointments are generally up to 45 minutes in duration.
There is no special preparation for your appointment. Initially, we will review your medical health history. Your IV catheter will be inserted by a highly trained, experienced Nurse Practitioner, Nurse or Paramedic. It is also common to briefly taste the vitamins during an IV Vitamin drip (no worries - this is harmless). Feel free to bring a book, headphone, laptop or just relax during your infusion treatment. We offer reclining massage chairs, relaxing music and a quiet space.
As each person varies, some individuals report the benefits of the IV Vitamin Therapy immediately and up to 10 days later. After an IV infusion, there are no specific limitations after.
Effects of the treatment will generally last between 7 - 10 days.
Vitamin drips are available for individuals 18 years and older. They are also available to pregnant and breastfeeding women with OBGYN medical clearance. Individuals that are: undergoing chemotherapy, have had a recent (1 year) organ transplant, undergoing dialysis or heart disease may need to avoid IV Vitamin Infusion therapy. Contact use for more specific information.
Our vitamins are sourced from United States pharmacies that adhere to the section 503B Drug Quality and Security Act to assure compliance which provides safe and sterile compounded products. They are regularly inspected by the FDA, DEA and State Boards of Pharmacy. Each IV Vitamin Infusion is custom prepared in the office at the time of your appointment.
For general wellness, we recommend one to two times a month for maintenance. For specific health treatment goals, we recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation to discuss an individualized plan just for you.
We offer micronutrient blood testing and medical consultation to discuss your specific deficiencies and develop a customized treatment plan. We offer custom blended Intravenous Infusions. Micronutrient blood testing is drawn in the office and covered by most health plans (subject to your deductible, co insurance and copays). Blood test results are available withing 15 days.
IV Vitamin Infusions are not covered by health insurance plans at this time. We accept Zelle, Health/Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA) and Care Credit.
Yes. IV Infusion membership plans include one to two infusions per month and IV Infusion packages offers the ability to use a pre-selected number of Infusions at any time.
