To take the Footsteps to Wellness we recommend a membership commitment for 3 months for optimal Wellness results. A Wellness membership is a great option for those wanting to maintain their health and wellness. After a 3 month membership commitment, your membership will continue month to month. You may cancel anytime with 30 days written notice after a 3 month membership commitment. Can’t make it in every month? No problem – your services will continue to accrue as long as you are a member. Ready to cancel? Any accrued services will be required to be redeemed with 30 days of cancellation. Discounts are unable to be combined with any other discount promotion. All Membership plans are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
We require a valid credit/debit/health spending account card on file that will be charged monthly. We also request 24 hours notice of an appointment cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to our office cancellation policy fee. *All IV Vitamin drips and Vitamin shots are subject to availability.
