INSURANCE

We are required to file a claim when a client presents health insurance when we are in-network.

We currently accept the following health plans:

SELF PAY

A Self-pay client is either uninsured or has an insurance plan we are out of network with. For Self-pay clients we are not required to file a claim or submit any documentation to a third party. Self-pay clients pay in full at the time of the visit for our services. We only accept Zelle transfers, Health/Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA) and Care Credit.

We are unable to accept cash, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit/debit card payments.

CARE CREDIT

We also accept Care Credit.
